The venue
When people visit the NCI for the first time, they are struck by the size and variety of our spaces.

Guests at events in our hall can take a break from the festivities and enjoy a game of pool or darts, or a quieter moment in the lounge bar.

We have several rooms available for hiring, whether you would like a room for a meeting for 10 or a party for 100 we can accommodate you!
Event rooms for hire​
The NCI is surprisingly large, located just a short walk from Jesus Green, Mitcham's corner and not too far from the centre of Cambridge. We have something for everyone. It is the perfect place to meet after a game or an afternoon on the Green, or to set up your new group activity, large or small. Street parking is free after 500pm and all day on Sundays, and there is a large long stay car park at Castle Hill - a 10' walk from the Centre.

A large room upstairs that is perfect for fitness classes or meetings (Capacity 60)

A comfortable, friendly lounge bar

A pool room with two league pool tables, with hard covers should you need any extra room

A snooker room with four league tables

The main hall and lounge bar have fully stocked bars, including a large selection of bottles, spirits and draught lagers and ale.
All of our spaces are available for hire outside of our opening hours, so if you are thinking of classes during the day or an all day event why not get in touch to see if we have availability for that date?
About the hall
Our ample event hall is perfect for any large occasion: children’s and adult birthdays, live music, community celebrations, theatre and dance, landmark occasions and wedding receptions.
The hall has a small stage with PA, tables and chairs, and a fully stocked bar.
