The AGM will be next - Monday 27th September.
As with the Sports and Social Club before and now the charity, it is a requirement for those attending the meeting to be members.
There will be forms behind the bar with a post-box at the end of the bar for the completed forms and money to be posted into, there will then be a card ready for collection within the week.
The AGM is a way to meet the trustees, find out how the club is doing both financially and otherwise in these uncertain times.
Please ring your card with you to the meeting or unfortunately entry will not be allowed.
The pandemic has not gone away and infections are rising steeply. The government have made it clear they expect individual organisations to set their own rules and have urged all of us to act cautiously and responsibly.
Therefore the following guidance will be in effect in the NCI from tomorrow:
Our tables will remain spaced as they have been since reopening - please do not move any furniture yourselves, that is for staff alone to do.
We will continue to make sure the NCI remains well ventilated at all times and our extra sanitising will also continue.
Out of respect and concern for our more vulnerable customers and staff we ask that you continue to wear masks when moving around and interacting with people from outside of your “bubble”. Specifically staff will NOT be expected to serve anyone at the bar who is not masked.
Any comments you have on this policy should be directed to our trustees or management - abuse of our staff will NOT be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.
We are in this together, let’s continue to look out for one another as we have all done throughout the pandemic.
We have several rooms within the building that are available for hiring.
From smaller rooms for meetings through to our main hall for a range of celebrations.
We have a large hall ideal for your socially distanced meetings. societies and activities.

In the coming months, when some form of normality returns our main hall is perfect for any large occasion: gigs, theatre, dance, yoga, children/adult birthday parties, holiday/after-school clubs, landmark occasions and wedding receptions.
